No. The Way In is the movement and education container. Signal.OS is a named private research and education offer within it. Merv teaches the framework and is not presented as your clinician. Neither surface diagnoses, prescribes, treats, cures, prevents disease, or replaces a licensed professional who knows your case.
Live account control. A paid member can schedule period-end cancellation without losing the time already paid for. The account changes only after billing-provider confirmation, and the member can resume before the end date. Refunds and failed payments continue to follow the exact accepted policy and payment record.
Privacy is a requirement, not a slogan. We are building this so that member data is never sold and so that you can export or delete yours. The policies covering how we collect, store, share, keep, and delete your data, and what happens if something goes wrong, are still being written.
