Before you join
Before anyone spends a dollar, checkout has to show the price, room, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, what is included, and support. This page is not checkout, so nothing here is final.
Can I change tiers any time?
Live account control. A paid upgrade only takes effect after the billing provider confirms your payment. Scheduled downgrades keep the current room through the paid period, then apply at renewal. The signed-in review shows the exact amount due now, future renewal, benefits, timing, and policy versions before confirmation.
What exactly is Ask the Experts?
Eligible members can post questions for source-verified providers to answer in plain language. The room shows provider role, sources, moderation, response expectations, and who should act next.
How do courses work: included or paid?
Core courses follow the current membership entitlement. Premium workshops are sold separately through an exact signed-in quote. Already-owned workshops open from the Academy, a full refund revokes access, and a later legitimate repurchase restores the workshop with saved progress continued. See the access and cost details.
Is this medical care?
No. The Way In is the movement and education container. Signal.OS is a named private research and education offer within it. Merv teaches the framework and is not presented as your clinician. Neither surface diagnoses, prescribes, treats, cures, prevents disease, or replaces a licensed professional who knows your case.
Can I cancel any time?
Live account control. A paid member can schedule period-end cancellation without losing the time already paid for. The account changes only after billing-provider confirmation, and the member can resume before the end date. Refunds and failed payments continue to follow the exact accepted policy and payment record.
Is my data private?
Privacy is a requirement, not a slogan. We are building this so that member data is never sold and so that you can export or delete yours. The policies covering how we collect, store, share, keep, and delete your data, and what happens if something goes wrong, are still being written. Do not post sensitive health details to community spaces.
The referral share we are building
Referral earning is still being built. The plan is a 5% recurring share of eligible membership revenue. Nobody is earning anything yet, and we are still writing the rules for who qualifies, how a referral is credited, how payouts work, and how tax, refunds, and disputes are handled.
Recurring
The plan is that you keep earning for as long as the person you referred stays a paying member. The rules and the payments are not in place yet.
For members
The plan is to open this to any member, not just experts. We are still writing the rest of the rules, including where you live, tax, and account standing.
Meant to stack
The plan is to keep referral earnings separate from any future course, provider, and standing earnings. None of this is running yet.
Any future referral earnings are for sharing membership, never a health outcome or medical claim. No earning is guaranteed.
