Your body makes sense.

The Way In is the public movement and front door. See how your self-reported answers cluster, learn the doctrine, create a free account, then choose the layer that fits: community, courses, provider pathways, methylation education, or the private Signal.OS research and education experience.

Educational self-knowledge · not a diagnosis · medical decisions belong with a licensed provider

Step 01

Signal Integrity Map

A fast wellness self-check that summarizes how often you selected certain responses across eight domains.

Self-report first
Step 02

Discover the Path

An open course that introduces the doctrine, its limits, and reflection questions without turning answers into a personal biological conclusion.

Step 04

Next Layer

Choose community, core Academy courses, methylation education, or a paid membership room. You decide how deep you go.

One path, multiple doors
Your next layer

The right next step depends on what you need.

Nobody walks the same door on day one. Some need the free course. Some need a room of people who get it. Some need provider-literate questions. Some want methylation later, after they understand what the Signal Integrity Map does and does not measure.

If you are new

Finish the free Discover course

Best for orientation. Learn the language, score your own reflection, and unlock the founding first-month benefit when eligible.

If you want people

Join the community

Best when you need accountability, discussion, and a room of people who decided to stop being managed too. The doctrine is not meant to be read alone.

If you want precision

Add methylation later

Best after you understand the limits of the self-report. Selected variants can add pathway context, but they do not predict a failure point, settle a cause, or create a diagnosis.

If you want structure

Use the Academy path

Core courses are included by tier, while premium workshops stay separate and share revenue with eligible provider educators. Sign in for current access and prices.

How methylation fits

Self-report first. Genetics later.

Methylation is not the front door. First use the Signal Integrity Map as a self-reported snapshot. Then genetics can add limited context about selected pathways. Genes do not diagnose you, establish one cause, or predict where you will fail.

Current self-report

Signal Integrity Map

Reflects what your answers say today across sleep, stress, energy, mood, digestion, movement, environment, and recovery.

Methylation education

The plan is to keep the test itself, which is ordered offsite through a partner, separate from Signal.OS education. Partner terms, how results reach you, and what you consent to are all still being worked out. None of it is open yet.

Focus map

The Focus Map organizes learning, evidence, unknowns, general habits, and provider questions.‡

Intended path: The Signal Integrity Map is the self-report front door. Methylation is an optional context layer. Membership and the Academy preserve room and curriculum designs. Provider education and workshops are planned. We have not settled who runs them, how they are reviewed, or who can join, and none of it is open yet.

Understand Your Signals.

The brief Signal Integrity Map gives you a self-reported snapshot. The open course introduces the map and its limits. Then you can choose the next question, evidence source, or actor. The Way In is the Way Out.
